    Who publishes this website?

Forces Hearing Claims is published and operated by Independent Medical Agency Limited, registered in England and Wales under company number 15854870. We provide general claims information, initial assistance and introductions to independent regulated law firms where appropriate.

    What our content is for

Our content helps serving personnel and veterans understand common questions about military hearing loss, tinnitus and possible compensation routes. It is general information only. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal or medical advice.

    How content is prepared

    • Important legal, scheme and medical statements should be checked against primary sources such as legislation, GOV.UK, the Ministry of Defence and recognised official guidance.
    • Material claims should include qualifications where outcomes depend on individual facts, evidence, jurisdiction or changing rules.
    • We do not publish invented professional biographies, qualifications, reviews, results or regulatory credentials.
    • Illustrative examples must be identified as illustrative and must not be presented as real client outcomes.

    Review and updates

Guidance is reviewed when material source information changes and periodically for clarity and accuracy. Where a page displays a checked or modified date, that date identifies the latest recorded content review. Confirm time-sensitive information with the relevant authority or a regulated professional.

    Corrections

If you believe something is inaccurate, unclear or out of date, email info@military-deafness-compensation.com with the page URL and details. We will review substantiated correction requests and update content where appropriate.

    Referrals and independence

Any law firm introduced through this service is responsible for its own legal advice, regulatory disclosures, funding terms and decision whether to accept a matter. Read our Terms of Service and Disclaimer for more information.
