About Us

    Independent Military Hearing-Loss Claims Assistance

    Who Are Forces Hearing Claims?

We assist serving personnel and veterans from the Army, RAF, Royal Navy and Royal Marines. Where an enquiry appears suitable, we may introduce the person to an independent regulated law firm, which conducts its own assessment and decides whether to accept the matter.

Military service exposes personnel to some of the most extreme noise environments imaginable. From artillery fire and weapons training to aircraft engines and ship engine rooms, the risk of noise-induced hearing loss (NIHL) is significant. Despite this, hearing protection has historically been inadequate across all branches of the Armed Forces.

Our role is to make the first step clearer: gathering the information a person chooses to provide, explaining the referral process and arranging an introduction where appropriate. Any referred law firm is responsible for legal advice, client-care terms, funding arrangements and the conduct of an accepted claim.
